So I did wk 4 run 3 today slower than a snail but managed apparently to cover 3.5k I've added in a slight hill as struggled on sat at park run. Not sure tho if I should repeat run 2 as I could only do 2mins out of 3 up hill.

I too run, or should I say crawl, up a bit of a hill during my session, but think the extra effort trumps the slower pace. Might be kidding myself but works for me. I get so bored just running round & round & find the slight incline keeps me focussed. Sounds like you’re doing great 👍
