Sort of worrying about run 1 as the 3 minute runs seemed daunting but apart from the last 60 seconds on the last 3 minute run it wasn’t too bad. Im an over-weight mid 40 previously sedentary person and have embraced C25K.

Still have problems with achy shins (probably shin splints) but these seem to be easing.

Looking back at run 1 week 1 even I’m amazed at the progress in just a few weeks.
