Week off.. have I ruined it?!

Hello!

I completed Week 1 and completed W2R1.. however I then had a crazy week and a half of exams for my degree and didn't finish week 2..

I'm now worried I've ruined my progress.. should I continue where I left off..?

Anyone else had a similar break or anything? Any tips/advice would be much appreciated! X

I know what your going through. I work varying shift patterns and have two young kids and dont always get chance to work out for a week.

I try to start where I left off but if I feel Im struggling go back to your last run, redo that when then go again.

I had to take a week off between W7 and W8. Just try the next run you are due to do and see how it goes. You will be surprised how much your legs and lungs remember!
