Shake it off

Sorry folks... just had to share a funny moment I had last night... I'm on week 8, doing 28 minute runs now and as I have been known to do, this run I decided to keep running past the end marker - I pushed through and finally completed a full 5k run in just under 34 minutes (#humblebrag). As I slowed to a walk when I hit the 5k mark, my ears were hit by "Shake it off" by Taylor Swift... literally to the very second I gave my legs a little waggle to loosen them up after the long run.

Anyways... gave me a giggle and cheered me up no end. :)

Nice. Must admit I did the same thing on W7R3 and ran on for an extra 5 minutes. There's nothing wrong with ambition, and if you're feeling good, why not?

Excellent. If you could just arrange for Taylor Swift to come round and shake off my sore calves that would be splendid.

I know. She’s far too young, not at all my type. But very pretty.
