Thanks to everyone for the warning about starting this week complacent. It was negative attitude that bit me in the bum last week and wasn’t about to let my mind scupper me again. Completed the run and realised half way through that although I was tired I wasn’t puffing and blowing (gasping for air!) like I was week 1, 2 . . . . (You fill in the gaps). So much so when Sarah told me 2.5 min to go I picked up my pace (in my mind at least) so I’m a happy nearlyrunner.
