So there is life beyond the end! Did my first run without Sarah Millican. Instead I am repeating the last week of the app with a different trainer until I have gone through all of them. That way I will have done another 4 weeks of 3x30 min runs and consolidated the training a bit. I already miss having something to tick off at the end though so might have to make a little chart and give myself gold stars! I won't post too much more on here as I know it's not for 5k+ but I thought people might like to know you can continue on. I am still enjoying running especially now I have my music playlist sorted.
