W8R1 - Roastie Toastie!

What a run... was very warm and felt it very early in my run, my right thigh and ankle were niggling since Saturday night and didn't know if I would manage this run or not. Did plenty stretching and just thought will do what I can do but I completed the whole run.

Flies were out in force and for a mouth breather it's not a good thing πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

I still can't believe how far I have come and am loving it 😁

Well done Looby, you're definitely on the homeward stretch now... only 5 more runs to go! :)

It's always a decision whether to do a run with a niggle (or two) or to wait and rest a bit more, but glad you were able to run through yours. It's been my left achilles that I've been nursing through runs recently, and it now seems to be very much on the mend.
