Actually completed the programme!! Second time if trying and finally made it, probably got more stubborn as I got older😂😂
Now to keep the three times a week up, which is why I’ve registered for ‘Run down Dementia’. Means I have to keep going.
Love the programme and have recommended it to everyone, two from the office have taken up running again once they heard about it, now we’re all in a step challenge! Couldn’t have done it without this forum to emphasise that we’re all just trying our best and to keep going 🐌🏃♀️😄

I’m sure you’ll smash it, feel that this programme has made me a stronger person in body and mind, things I used to give up on or not try have become less, so I am sure you will manage to become a morning person no bother 🤣🤣
