Finally after all those worries of mind that my body can not sustain 16 min run in 30 min exercise are over . I did it . As exsmoker and unable to run 1 min in one go just few weeks ago .it’s quite an achievement for me to run 5 min without break .
However the last 5 min I ran with my BPM above 170 to 180 plus range and it was killing (my max bpm is 183 ) . Had I went too much pushing to my heart and body . Any suggestion what should by heart rate for longer run . I definitely can not keep that for over 5 to 10 min.
Any suggestion or advice are welcome
