I did park run this morning still waiting on official time but phone tracked it at 47mins. My only problem was doing my 2nd 3min run it was up hill n I struggled n had to walk for the last min of the run but went on to do the rest of the run and also did another few 1 min runs while finishing the 5k. My question is tho should I repeat this run or try run 3 on Monday and see how I get on?

I would keep going to R3. If you complete all the parts, you are ready for W5.
I'd move on to run 3. Hills are tougher and you still were able to do a few extra at the end - sounds like you're doing good! Also well done on the park run 👍
