Hi everyone I'm new here just completed week1 during my local parkrun. I used to do a lot of running about 2yrs ago but had to give up due to illness. Thought I would try again using the c25k app.

C25K is an excellent way to get back to running. Slow and steady is the mantra on here, building habit and stamina with minimal injury risk.
