Hi Stephen, I did W6R2 today, so on Monday it will be Run 3, 25 mins, that also will make me and you (I think we are about the same) RUNNERS

Hi Stephen, I completed run 3 of round 6 of C25K this morning, (28/5) I ran for 25 minutes non stop, feels good. So part of my running journey is almost complete, not yet. Actually, I have had two journeys in the last few years, first of all, I grew a beard which I never had before, in the beard world that is called a 'journey' and now, of course, my running journey in on course as well. I hope your running journey is progressing well.
