Thanks and sorry to see you are injured. Hope you get back to running soon. You sound a bit like me with your running, not that enjoyable doing it but elated when a run is finished and can't wait to get out and do it again. Take care.
I have to give myself a real talking to for the first 5 minutes (thinking, why am I doing this, coz I'm just not comfortable). I need to get to about 15 minutes before I start to relax into the run...the last 5 minutes of a 30 minute run is usually great, though!! I saw a post yesterday that said, 'The mind is willing but the body is 49....not 25!!' (I think their age was 44...).
Keep happy and strong of mind...it's so much more about the mind, not so much the body, I think!
I think you are right about it being a mind thing. Think at the moment it could also be a weather thing! Hope you are back to running soon, don't give up on it.
