Trust in the program, keep slow and steady and you'll get there.

I was also 59 and a total non-runner when I started C25k in February, I'm now 60, regularly run the local Parkrun and today ran 6k so I know the program works.

You can definitely do this ... keep smiling, keep running and good luck!
