Hi all, I’ve just finished run 3 of week 7. 👍 Suddenly everything seemed to come together: the breathing, the pacing myself and landing heel first every step. 🙂 I even managed to speed up for the last minute, first time ever!!

If you’re thinking of doing C25K, or wondering whether you can do it; I can only say get out there and do it - you might be surprised what you can achieve when you put your mind to it 😀
