Well Done!

Did you complete them Keels? If you did it really doesn't matter how "good" they were x

Thereโ€™s no shame in repeating runs keels. Just start at a slower pace next time ๐ŸŒ๐ŸŒ๐ŸŒ Youโ€™ve come so far since W1 , we know you can do it.

If you have run continuously without stopping, you have achieved the programme requirement.

If you feel you need a bit extra rest before tackling your last three week 9, think about that perhaps.๐Ÿค”

But you completed them? Well done! I think all the runs are challenging now! I guess we will get stronger the more we run. I know I need extra rest days now and as long as I can run without stopping I'll move on. We can do It!

My w7 runs one and two were trash so was some on week 6 (did them) but with stopping taking steps then when I got to the third run it was the most amazing run so far! I killed it by actually doing 33 mins instead of 27 minutes as I just couldn't stop running. Enjoyed it so much being a fantastic run after a few bad runs in a row.

I also came on here asking should I repeat and then I decided not to and to just carry on which I'm so glad I did with w7r3 being so fantastic.

I'd just carry on and hopefully your next run will be the one โ˜๏ธ

Well, I got to 17 minutes & thought I needed a wee.... which I couldnโ€™t stop thinking about, my legs felt really heavy & I was ridiculously hot - sadly Iโ€™m not brave enough to wear shorts ๐Ÿ˜“

Thought I should head home & cut the run short, but then felt guilty so waddled the rest.... the last 10 minutes were basically a mess & I looked at the watch every 2 minutes

Well you did it so well done on that.

We need to swap weather then ๐Ÿ˜‰too wet here and I'm not happy going out running in the rain but I may have to after work as I'm itching to get out there.

So for your next run just make sure to go to toilet before you leave even twice if you need ๐Ÿ˜Š and just get running and enjoy ๐Ÿ˜Š

Not great sounds about right. As long as you completed the runs the upgrades will already be installing themselves. W9 only means you keep going for another 2 minutes. Slow down a bit at the start so you have something left at the end,

As I've said on here before, each run is like a Forrest Gump quote - you never know what you're going to get! When the tough ones come along like this, you've just got to get through them, that's the main thing - and that's exactly what you've done :)

And after all.... week 9, compared to the week you have just done, is only an extra teeny-weeny two minutes per run, that's hardly anything at all is it?

Of course you've got to to what you feel is right and what your body is telling you, but I think you should (after an extra rest day if you need it) go straight for w9r1 and be planning a graduation run this time next week :)

Just keep going. But slow down a little more. Only 60 seconds more in each half of the run. And in W1 you managed 60 seconds...

I think as long as you actually completed the run (however waddly and needing a wee!) you should move on to Week 9. I found the last two runs of Week 8 quite hard work, but loved my W9 R1 yesterday!!

Youโ€™re so nearly there!! Keep going....

Good luck!

You competed them so I think you should tackle week 9 Keels! My runs this week have not been great. I have felt so tired! I am now leaving 2 rest days between runs instead of 1, see how you go on the next run xx

keels you are so close. Drop your pace down a bit, try an early morning run if poss just on a strong coffee and banana half hour before the run. I was running all sorts of times a day, all sorts of foods n drinks, this was a light bulb moment for me it totally changed me outlook and started to love to run, best of luck, you will get there I'm sure.
