Just a quickie update as today was officially my last run at the C25K club I've been attending this last 10 weeks. Ran two 5Ks this week with my time improving to 35:30 tonight. I'm the biggish guy (but getting smaller) in grey top btw. Looking forward to a week's rest now over bank holiday before picking up with the C25K plus podcasts and improving my performance over summer. I can only say again that C25K though tough has been totally amazing and would recommend it to anyone who is reading this and thinking of starting running 😁

Congrats Winerydog. It must’ve been helpful doing it as a group. I’ve noticed a few gyms here are now doing the C25K - it shows how successful a programme it is. 👏
Thanks Dexy5 yes I've noticed that there are a few more gyms in my area of Lancashire putting on C25K and indeed, doing it with a group has been fantastic and helpful in more ways than I can explain here but this forum has been equally as helpful 😁
