So after a really good start getting to and completing W4R3 I seem to be coming down with something. Sore ears, eyes and throat and struggling to catch my breath so haven’t ran since Sunday.

The question is he do I get back on it when feeling better? Should I just complete a run from each week to get back do I need to start again? I will most likely be out for another few days 😢

I've missed huge chunks before and just carried on. Your body appears to remember what it did far more easily than you give it credit for. Keep going with the programme.
