I’ve Just Got to do This!!!

Having started C25K back in 2015, I have restarted each year and have just done my first C25K W1R1 for 2020. I have sadly put on so much weight since last September that I just need to get back out there again.

My reason for posting this is that I just feel that without a post, I’ll just do a couple of weeks and then stop... making all of the excuses under the sun not to continue as I did in January this year.

All of the members on here were just brilliant, full of advice and encouragement, so I’m now committed by writing this post.

In the past, I just felt sooooo good about myself and the achievements and getting compliments on how I looked (went down to a size 12) was just the best feeling ever. So, here I am again and determined to complete C25K one more time!

Thanks and we have the same running days. 😉

👍 I still like the one day off between runs nowadays but if life or teenagers derail my run days hey ho there's always another day🙂
