Yayhee!!. Just completed run 3 of week 5. Thanks to two bras (stops the bounce) knee support for my dodgy old knee, this brilliant app and all you folks. Treating myself to a gait analysis next week and a new hairdo at a posh salon. Not sure if the latter will help my running but I deserve it. 🙃

Yay! Another finisher of W5 R3-well done fellow survivor and any other survivors out there from this mind over body run-think the hair will make all the difference so go for it!! 🌟

You should. I bought a sports bra and it didn’t work on it’s own but over another bra it’s perfect. 🙂

Hah yeah I wear a sports bra on top of my normal bra as I find one of them alone just doesn’t do it.I also wear 2 knee supports one on each knee and by the time I puff my inhalers and squirt my Nasal Allergy Spray up my nose AND make sure I’ve lipglossed and sun sprayed I’m ready to go. It’s like a military exercise just getting out the door.

Lol. I haven’t started with my hay fever remedies yet but any day now 🤧. Haven’t tried the lipgloss yet, maybe when I get some proper gear. Congratulations on being a graduate, that’s my goal.

My allergies start in Feb and carry on into October and then the Sinusitis starts. The lip balm ( not lip gloss , my mistake) is just to stop my lips getting sore

I hope your gait analysis leads you to new shoes, they made the biggest improvement to my running. Looking at these posts maybe I need to consider a make over lol
