Neither did they say it was going to be sheer hell on earth either! I thought my body was ready for this, that’s what everyone says. Yes I did it. But only through sheer bloody mindedness and the thought of coming on here saying I failed.
I went slow, then slower and slower still until I thought if I go any slower I’ll be going backwards!
I prepared, I was hydrated, I had Rhod Gilbert on podcast and good ‘ol Jo to see me through it. And I did get through it, but far far from feeling good about it 😏

Well done for completing it!! I went slow also but knowing that you now can do it and if you build up your speed slowly it’ll be easy before you know! Feel proud that you got through it and didn’t stop 🏃🏽♀️🌸
I've said it before, right? That is commendably f*in brave of you. None of this "Gosh, gee whiz it all went so fast and super well." You dug in, felt pretty grim, but you got there. And worked a lot harder than a lot of other people maybe have.
Don't beat yourself up for honesty or we'll have words milady. You have done a top top top top job.
Sandie, my love, you have so much to smile about!! Doing stuff that's easy isn't worth smiling about. Doing stuff that's hard? That bloody heroic in my book!!! xx
Crikey you had a bad run, I still can't quite figure out why one day it feels like hell then on another its not too bad. But still we keep putting ourselves through it
Hey well done! You battled on and completed the run. Not everyone aces it but you should feel proud of what you’ve achieved so far, even if you’re not doing victory laps yet. 😉the good news is that w6 beckons and it’s back to walk sections for the first two runs. Just take it easy again and you’ll be fine. Good luck!
