We are all cheering! Can still remember the fear and excitement of week 5 run 3! Well done, this shows the programme has worked (again)!!!!!! Week 6 builds on week 5, have a look at some of the posts to check it out. You feel so amazing after week 5 that you think week 6 will be easy. It is totally achievable but still challenging so get plenty of rest and take ur time!! Julie 😄
