So I strapped my mobile on my arm, grabbed my keys and headphones, then I was out of the door (obviously with shorts and tee).
I decided to start by taking a walk through the park with Sarah then as quick as a flash I was off running.
The first run wasn't too bad and too be honest the 5 minute walk felt a little start-stop-start and felt I could have kept going. But I trust the plan implicitly.
Ok, the last run Sarah told me we had less than 4 minutes together. I was quite tired by this point. However, I could hear sallenson cheer me on (in Cambridgeshire all the way from Kent ) and telling me to keep going. Sarah then told me I just had to keep going to 60 more seconds. I could do this...and then it was all over.
Interesting run. Left me feeling tired but glad to have a 1 day break ready for Thursday.
