Congratulations! I know what you mean: I graduated on Sunday having not 'run' for about 35 years. I am almost evangelical about the C25k app; to think in the early stages running for 3 minutes seemed almost too ambitious to completing 30 mins. Next goal is running 5k - however long it takes!
