Outside in the sunshine again today, did find it hard to keep going in the middle bit, but did so. Seems to be more temptation to stop running when you are in a field than when you are on a moving treadmill?
A week ago, I'd thought that, with four 25m runs in a row, I'd be finding them easy by now - well I'm not! Hopefully the step up to 28m runs won't be too bad though, especially as I accidentally ran for 28 minutes on w6r3, so I know I can do it.
Lots of dog walkers out today (I'm getting a little less self-conscious about bumping into people now), including two ladies who saw me twice - once at the start when I was breathing easily and gave them a cheery "good morning" as I jogged past... and once towards the end when it was more of a grunt and a weak smile of acknowledgement

You're doing amazing! The ladies are probably thinking the same, isn't he doing amazing. The breathlessness at the end is an indication of the effort you're putting in and it sounds like 110% Now, that's something to be proud of, not embarrassed by. Most non-runners you pass are probably thinking "I wish I was fitter..." Massive respect.
