Inspired today by Coach Bennett on the Nike Run App and Just A Run, no more no less, just got out there and ran 4.6km in 40 mins, not fast but having put on 1.5 lbs at Slimming World this week (must be the Custard pies I’ve made after Bake-off - not kidding!!) I thought I’d just get out there after a hiatus of a few days.

Great run. I love that guided run, coach Bennett is amazing.
He is and his words just focus the mind for that half hour or so.
I often get spooked that he’s actually watching... uncanny knack of knowing how I’m doing and what I’m thinking.
Yes! I think the different runs are great from Don’t want to run run to longer 10k runs haven’t tried any Mo Farrah ones yet! 😉
