Just a quickie!

Just a quick post today as I have a list of things to do as long as my arm.

Had an lovely Parkrun this morning, tucked in amongst all the santas, Christmas crackers, elves and other costumes including Scooby Doo. I had donned my Santa hat and festive tinsel to get in the spirit of it all, although I was a little apprehensive as Mr Razouski was unable to accompany me this morning so Ai would need to keep all my belongings on me, rather than throwing them at him with gay abandon.

Once the race started I realised my running app had failed to start so I had no idea how fast or slow I was running, and without Mr R to cheer me on I was sure I'd be slow.

Just got my time back and a new personal best (it's only my third Parkrun though) of 26:51, and 15th woman. It was a quickie! I'm pretty proud of that, although less proud of my hat hair.

It was good, but I've still not plucked up the courage to speak to anyone. Maybe in the new year...

It just goes to show you're a completely natural runner and can do it without any outside support. Well done !

Thanks Henpen. I'm not sure about "natural" but I definitely feel like a 🏃🏾‍♀️.

Brilliant time ! Scooby Doo is the one to beat ! Even I beat him on my park run.

Have a good Christmas.

Scooby was running with his dog, which I think was a bit cheeky as it said only one dog per person and they didn't even have one person. Also Scooby wasn't on a lead... tut! But I did beat them both. 😂😂😂

Thanks. I was fast, but I was pretty knackered at the end. :-)
