Completed week 1 of the Couch to 5k programme yesterday. I am sandwiching it in between the crosstrainer and spinning bike in the gym, am finding the 5 minute warm up and cool down a bit on the long side so am doing the warm up on an incline and putting an extra minute running in the cool down.
I will be looking to you guys for support when I start to flag.😊
