I do my 3 C25K runs a week (if I can fit them in) sometimes the last run may carry over into the next week and it will take me an extra week. I do meet up on a tue and thur evening with a group of ladies and do a 3K walk/run. It’s certdinly not straineous though xx
Most do 3 runs but 4 is also ok as long as there’s a rest day in between!
The only rule is that you have at least one rest day from running between each run, so you can average three and a half runs per week. Many people need a couple of days off, especially as the demands increase, and that is fine too.

I have done more than 3 runs in a week - 4 to be precise. It was too much for me. I like run, day off, run, 2 days off, run, day off. It means running 3 days in 5 most of the time and 2 days in 5 some of the time.
