Completed c25k yesterday (Sunday) WOW what a feeling!!!
Can’t believe how far I have come, who would have thought it. I was a little emotional at the end of my run lol
A few things I learnt along the way:
1) slow & steady lol but really is the best way
2) hydration, took me at least 4 weeks to understand this....doh!
3) this forum is fabulous, thank you
Also my trainers & socks love them lol and once I got a pair fitted for me it made such a difference.
So what’s next for me.... 2 * 30mins runs this week & im going to my first parkrun on Saturday ...Little scared & excited! Then a few weeks building up to 36mins before I start working towards a 10K programme 😱.
