Done. A bit apprehensive about this one, but got it done without drama. First 3min run and thought "legs are tiring fast". First 5min run went a bit slower and all fine. Then the walk between sets and felt cramp coming. Never got to setting in though and once running again the feeling went. Even the second 5mins was at a faster pace. Felt like I am starting to get there!

You’re doing it, well done! Remember, if you can’t manage a run then it’s a practice for the next run and not a failure!

Keep it slow and keep it steady.. that is all you need to reach that podium, having had fun en route
Make sure you are warming up well and stretching well after every run..up your rest day exercise too as the runs are getting longer
Well done!
