Hi,I'm new to c25k. Really excited as achieved week 8 and beginning to feel the benefits. Doing a very snail pace, but feeling delighted that im jogging for 25 mins!!! Any suggestions as to how to increase the pacing?

Don’t worry about pace yet. Get to graduation and then keep running. You’ll start to improve as you get used to it more.

Well done on your progress so far!

At the risk of sounding a bit nerdy, I use an app called Rock My Run. You can alter the tempo of each track, if you are someone who likes to run in time with music. My current 'happy running pace' is around 160 beats per minute. I really get into a comfortable running rhythm at this speed. Once I finish week 9 I am going to increase it slightly each week.
