Flipping heck! Or words to that effect. That was hard. If it hadn't been for Jay66 and Sallenson pep talking me beforehand I honestly don't know how i'd've got through it. But I did. And I'm feeling quite proud of that. Not on a high just not on a low either! Onward to R3. Thanks guys. You're the best. I kept seeing you in my head cheering me on. Good luck to everyone doing this week or any other week. We can do this.

Well done 👍🏽
Yay! Some runs I just get this satisfied, relaxed feeling after rather than the high. It may be he harder runs take the energy out of the high?
Ha ha! Probably. I was def on a high after W5R3. After the last two I just feel a sense of satisfaction.
Great stuff WITCHY!! Well done! They're getting it tough and you just keep getting tougher!
Where did you run? Finding it harder to find long enough footpaths!
#You got this
Ah well. I run in the gym on a treadmill. Before everyone starts shouting - yes i have run outside but i got frustrated by family groups & dog walkers. Also i have exercise induced migraine so running in any kind of heat is a definite no-no. Not sure what to advise you there. I think others on here can prob advise you better than me on that one! Ha ha! Not sure abt being tough - that run was haaaard! Good luck & keep on running.
Do you have any blooming idea how amazing you are? You weren't really up for this this morning. But you did it. Gritted it out and got there. If that's not a real runner I don't know what is!!
Anybody can finish something when they're full of beans and pep and can't wait. It's when it's all a bit "bleaurgh" and you honour the commitment that your true colours come out.
Jay and I just chatted to a lovely lady who's helped us more than she knows. We were just repaying the favour.
Superstar you!!
Oh bless you - that is so nice of u! We are all awesome on here - most of us have never really run before & look at us now! I've suffered from depression for years & know how much getting out & exercising helps - sometimes it's harder than others. You & Jay really did spur me on. Good luck with the rest of your runs - you really are an inspiration. Keep up with the posts too - they cheer up my week at my horrible job.
Ha ha! Team stay calm & keep on running!
I've just done this run. Waited until 8.45 when it was cooler.
I am surprised that I ran for 10 minutes straight. Twice x
Feeling good but not looking forward to Tuesdays 25 minutes run.
