I am so happy I have achieved it. Today’s 20 minutes was challenging and I ran for non-stop 20 minutes! Unbelievable. I have never thought of running more than 3-5 minutes. Before enrolling to C2 5K Plan I have tried my own but always ended in frustration after few days .I thank you all for sharing your experiences .I realized I am not the only one to have all these problem, and I can do it .C2 5K is an excellent tool to achieved fitness goals. Hope to get full 30 minutes run in next 4 weeks.
