Failed on the 5 mins. Surprisingly it wasn't my breathing it was my calves. They became so tight I had to stop and I did the warm up walk. Part of that was up a steep hill? Any advice?

I've fallen a bit behind you am just off to do w3r3. My left calf always gets very tight at the start but I find if I do some stretches during the walks it loosens up a bit. Keep going though you are doing great

I failed the first 2 runs of week 4 but was successful on the 3rd. I'm about to re-do the first 2 before I move on.

My calves sound the same as yours, they go so tight and make my legs feel like lead but I keep stretching/warm up before hand and trying not to think about them as I do think if I focus on them they go tighter lol! You will get there just keep pushing on and distract yourself from your calves.
