Starting to get a bit tougher, big cramp in left calf. Recovered well though after 20 minutes. I started a couple of weeks ago having never been able run more than about 400 meters and that was 40 years ago. So want to do this.

Are you doing the stretches before and after runs! I found them very useful in keeping away cramp and so does the hydration!

Well done! Keep it up. Drink loads on your rest days particularly, it should help with the cramp. Keep it up!

Slow and steady... warm up well and stretch after every run... well done you:)
