So I woke this morning and I was inspired ; so many of you had already been up done your runs and now had the day ahead to look forward too, so I asked the jibber jabber hubby if he fancied a bit of early morning action with the jelly belly, I know this is a hard offer to refuse but he did !!! He informed me he was off to his mothers, WHAT..... he would rather go and chop logs than come for a high speed shuffle with me, utter disgrace that boy is.

Kids woke up, as bright and breezy as I could muster at 8am I asked who wants to come on a run with mummy, why would you not want to be seen with a middle aged jelly belly clad in Lycra?, well apparently they were both “Tooooo tirrrrrred” what!!! You’ve had 10 hours sleep, you don’t have to think about cleaning, food shops, etc...... anyway Miss Belle Bow Baggins and I braved it alone, W6,R2, I was not feeling it after the long haul of R1 on Thursday but I did it, felt so much easier than R1, I kept focused on the floor ahead and didn’t allow myself to think about the time, I think that makes a difference .

Came home, hubbys gone to his mothers ( he will return later winging about his arms and how much he’s worked, jog on my love, no sympathy here) kids still not dressed and still too tired and how dare I think they may want to consider getting dressed, as for me I feel Fab, going to get changed and take the kayak for a splash in the sea, enjoy your day peeps x x
