I'm 64 and am into my second week. Take the advice given on here it's very helpful. Stay hydrated and warm up and cool down properly. Take your rest days . You will smash it. Good luck.

I’m 64 next birthday. And overweight! But I want to complete the programme so I’m taking it easy, going slow but steady. Just about to start week 5 feel great!

I,m 64 and now just finished W8 , havent run for about 50 years since on the playing field at school and then tended to gravitate to the goal so could stand a lot! You will be able to do this just pace yourself remembering that however slow you are off the couch and moving. I havent lost weight but 2 " have gone from my waist Yipee and my whole body feels less wobbly and more toned :)

Thanks everyone. Did the first day and found it very difficult to run so did a sort of jog/fast walk. xx

Our motto is slow and steady. I had never run before taking this on and a few years later am still going.
