Week 7 run 3 done!!!

25 minutes hard at the beginning but run three felt a lot easier ... roll on 28 minutes ! Anyone else jog gently through the last five minutes rather than walk ?

You mean when Laura says "you got just 5 minutes left"? Ohh yeah, the last 5 minutes is always a struggle, it's weird, especially battling through >20 minutes. But do keep fighting through, that's where improvement happens. I have to say to myself, I got this far in the run, it would be a huge shame to give up now, music up a notch louder for that home run finish!

Ohh, my bad. No when it's all over, it's always time for me to catch my breath back. Lol. If you're feeling like you can still carry on, maybe you can go a little faster?

Maybe ! I just think I can keep in going !!! So why not !! Anyway next week 28 minutes so I should be good for that !!
