I really can't believe I've completed week 6. Thought Laura had deserted me at one point until she came back and said I was half way ! Gotta love that girl 😁 even managed to speed up for the last 60 secs to a bit of a quicker plod....feeling very proud of myself ...thanks for all your help and encouragement to get me this far x

Hey, another week 6 graduate!

I am nearly there as well.

In my last run, I actually preferred Laura only giving half way and last minute notifications.
