So I have just completed this run and I am feeling awsome💪💪 so much so I am attending my 1st local park run on Saturday to do my W7R1.
I don’t often post on here but I visit the site daily and your messages of encouragement and support are inspirational, I like the “long reads”, short messages, the humour and everything in between,
