Jelly belly, W6,R1.......Done !!

So after the delighted enlightenment of completing the “marathon” otherwise known as W5,R3 I thought this high speed shuffle would be a breeze, well yes if a breeze is a force 10gale hitting you full on !!!! , goodness it felt like hard work today, I’m guessing you worked that out for yourself seeing as there are no force 10 gale warnings in the UK at the moment !!

Still on the plus side I powered through it like the Duracell bunny and made it to the end.

I did notice today that the waist band on my Capri pants (oh get me so continental Darlings) kept drifting downwards so I had to high speed shuffle and pull them upwards, maybe this means the jelly belly is repositioning itself ??? Well we can live in hope, or just accept they have been washed too many times :-)

Hope you’re all doing ok .

I found that run tough too! Well done for getting through it. I've found some of my trousers getting a bit looser too! Let's hope eh?

That’s my next run, everyone seems to find it hard, seen a few similar posts.

Will go slow and steady (sometimes almost backwards 😂🙈)

Oh I wish I could notice a difference physically, I haven’t been really cutting down food wise though but just want my legs to get a bit of shape- here’s hoping eventually it will happen.

I’m the same, I love my food and wine and in my eyes life is too short, one thing though I did put a pair of shorts on from last year and they do look on better x
