Just managed another 25 mins without too much difficulty so beginning to think that I can actually get to the end of week 7 now (I’ve been at it for a while!). Changed my music and used the app rather than the podcast and that made a big difference to my enjoyment. One more run and I’m on to week 8. Woo hoo🙂

W7 r2 I think I’ve cracked it!
Well done I have just done W7R2 and ran ( slow jog actually ) most of it. I had to stop to cross the road and somehow it took a bit to get going again. I had tried a new route for variety and did not expect to have to wait for a couple of minutes for a gap in the traffic. I am just trying to convince myself I can run for 25 mins. It is the classic mind over matter but the old gags are the best....I have too little mind and too much matter... what happened to losing weight
Spoke too soon! Yesterday's attempt at w7r3 a bit of mess. Turned out that despite walking half of it, I did a PB. Just goes to show that I'm a bit self conscious when other people are around - it was such a perfect morning there were loads of people out and about and I obviously just ran too fast to start with and then lost the will to live.......... Could it be that I'm the longest resident of week 7?
