Well hello again folks , just to let you know how things going . Had the operation to liver on 30th April and all went well, they ended up re-sectioning the liver so only lost 25% of that, so that was a result not losing half. Spent until last Wednesday in hospital , no need for the 3 weeks happily , would've done my canister in . I've had a nice restful time at home this week and had my staples removed today. I'm already feeling like a caged animal and want to get going ,but everyone saying no exercise for 6 weeks, the only activity is short 300/400yds strolls for 1st week and build from there. Mrs DT trying too hard and there is the start of a nasty whiff in the air , whether divorce or death not really sure lol, she must hate having me here all this time 😊😊😊😊. Got to go to follow up appointment in 4 weeks , so another 3 months dose off chemo on the cards. Hopefully that will be fight done and dusted for now , even though there's 80% chance of it popping up somewhere else , been a long hard 6 months with 2 ops , i could do with a break before if and when it all kicks off again. Will let you all know how it goes.

thanks to you all for the support

Hey you.... !

It is so good to hear from you again... still here on the forum and still going strong :)

It all sounds positive... and Mrs DT would be so annoyed if it was otherwise :) xxx

Fingers crossed for a good result all round... hang in there...:)

You know how much I love my quotes.... and to me...this sums you up...because you are doing it..

"If you fall behind, run faster. Never give up, never surrender, and rise up against the odds."

Love to you and Mrs DT

It’s great to hear from you and that you’re still itching to get out there again.

I’m sure Mrs DT is just worried and this is her way of handling the situation. I do love your humour though 😂

But at least you have no option now but to watch the wedding on Saturday in all its boring detail 🙂

Stay strong. We’re thinking of you x
