Hi Mag, I’ll be honest I struggled with w4r1 and had to redo it a couple of days later. The program really does get you ready for it though, just take it slowly (I think that’s where I went wrong, too confident first time)
I’m doing w4r3 tmrw. Found I do have to push myself to continue on the last run but it’s not too bad. Keep your pace steady and tell yourself you can do it. I'm sure you'll be fine! 👍🏃♀️🏃♀️🙂
No run is ever easy and the progression through weeks is tough. But that's part of the intentional design. It's all doable (so far bar one rubbish day) as long as you take it slow and with a bit of mental humility and toughness.

Wow thank you everyone!!! Just finished it and not gonna lie it was the toughest one yet and I nearly had to take a breather on the last run but managed to tough it out.
Had to drop my pace down to 7.4 but at the moment just glad I made it till the end 😂 hopefully tomorrow's easier...
