I was dreading this one after my W3 R3 and I looked at what was to come ... so pleased I pushed through and now think maybe I can do this.

I’m really enjoying the time it gives me to think and decompress

Don't dread any run.........what is the worst that can happen.

Thanks I found this really useful and checked the guide out last week when I started browsing and “lurking” on here. I also thought by posting I could hold myself to account and make sure I continue with the program

I felt the same this morning when I started but just kept the pace low and pushed through. It was definitely an achievement to do it

I managed it too. Had to slow down a bit and found it tough towards the end of the five minute runs, but felt so good after I had recovered.
