Completed run 2 after work yesterday and by the end my face looked like a belisha beacon and the sweat was running down my back but the feeling of accomplishment outweighed all that. One more run to go until graduation 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️😁😁😁

I'm only at week four but I find I'll run extra for that sweaty feeling, ha ha ha. I'm intimidated by the coming weeks but I'm more determined than afraid. I can't believe I've come to love running.

Don't be intimidated, as long as you stick to the programme and go slow and steady you will do it. I must admit I felt the same as you as I was going through the weeks but I have managed every run so it definitely does work. Look forward to reading about your progress

Go you!! My next run tomorrow is week 9 run 1 and I can’t believe I’m saying this but “ I’m looking forward to finally running for 30 minutes”. ( I’ll probably regret saying that but yesterday’s run felt so free and easy and I managed to look around me at stuff as I sailed past ). Good luck for your graduation too .
