All done and dusted and looking forward to the big one. Tracked just the 30-minute run and achieved 4.25k. That equals 5k in around 35 minutes. That's given me something to aim for after graduation - a sub 30 minutes 5k. I'm going to need all the incentives I can find, haha. Keep up the running.

Oh hell yes! Wherever you choose to go, that’s where it starts... you will have changed your life... you’ll have added years to it... but wether it’s 5k runs, 10k, maybe you have ambitions to go marathon... the next thing you do will be the first thing you start as a runner. There’s nothing you’ll ever face that’s more testing. There’s nothing you’ll ever face that will demand you need to find that self belief from nowhere. And it’ll be much more fun. But once you cross the finish line, it becomes the next start line!

Be very very proud, and bring home the victory, celebrate, and then decide where next and go again.
