Well after a bit if a boozy weekend, I really didn't fancy running today. However a good friend told me that it's the runs you don't want to do that you get the most from. So I did it and I made it!
By the second set of running I thought I wouldn't be able to make it the whole 8 runs, but that little "ding ding ding" that plays halfway through really spurred me on and the second half felt a lot easier!
I think I've started to discover that it's all in the mind!
