That was awful just finished cooling down now I need to lie down - and die. Back to week two for me

Woah there! It might have felt horrific but did you complete it? If so then you stay on w3 and I promise r2 won't be as bad😂

You probably don't need to go back a week if you completed the run. Generally the reasons for feeling bad after a run are: going too fast, not properly hydrated (you need to be hydrated 24/7 and your pee should always be a very light colour), weather too hot - if that's the problem can you run at a different, cooler time? Also mind tricks can make things feel harder, running is a bit (lot?) psychological you have to get on top of the gremlins! Why not try w3r1 slower than a slow w thing that is slow and see how it goes? You may just surprise yourself 🍀

Bad news Agaig! If you complete the run you have to stay up. Thems the rules! 😉( but really, stay in w3. You don’t gain by going backwards and the next run will feel better).

You can stay where you are (lucky you 😃) just go slower than slow next time like a snail 🐌 and I bet you won’t find it so bad!
